Using these SEM photos and illustrations, we filled in the table below. From our photos, we can see some obvious similarities between our pollen samples. In particular, iris and snapdragon are similar in shape and surface texture, where as millet and snapdragon share their tricolpate pollen type. Both of these observations support our hypothesized tree.
